Willing to move to a valuable paid hosting

I'm willing to migrate my blog, start a my own forums & a business website to a trustful paid hosting. as well as having main domain. for the time being I'm trying my10GB.com free hosting. it's one hell of a hosting plan, 10GB disk space + 20GB bandwidth + PHP4 + FTP accounts + 10 MySQL Databases. and lots of ready-to-install applications like wordpress for bloggers, tikiwiki & wikiwig for wiki communities, many kind of forums: SMF & phpBB2, e-commerce tools, gallery, very good content managing systems like Joomla. 99.98% Server Uptime as they say.
but thinking about upgrading my account to Premium account is a hard-to-take decision.

Reasons why: 1. the database server goes down too much and applications like wordpress are likely to fail connecting to the database sever.
2. sometimes the whole server goes down and i get the (connection timed out) or (The page cannot be displayed) error messages.
what i see here is one excellent plan with too bad performance.
any body knows good foreign plans - as i found Arabic ones are so shameful! - put it in your comment here! No advertisement or resellers please.

BTW, i heard about the unlimited space and/or unlimited traffic and it's all said to be all crap.
either they limit your file size to something smaller than 100KB! or one day they will lose their distributed bandwidth.
i still need to find a good domain because domains like .com & .org & .net & .info are taken.
My basic requirements in the offers is:
1. Disk space equal to/larger than 10 Gigabytes
2. Traffic starting from 50 Gigabytes/month
3. FTP account for file transfer
4. SQL & PHP support
5. Appache server & Linux as server's Operating System is preferred
